Don’t Let This Catch Get Away!
Harry Lake Lodge offers a unique wilderness fishing experience in a pristine remote setting. Our guests are provided with warm personalized service, luxurious accommodations including private baths, gourmet meals and amenities not usually found in the wilds of Northwestern Ontario. A soothing sauna, relaxing hot tub, satellite TV and surround-sound system ensure our guests are pampered while experiencing the joy of great fishing on a lake that’s teaming with Walleye and Northern Pike.
The physical facility consists of a guest house, a sauna building, a main building that has the kitchen and dining room, and several outbuildings: a fish-cleaning, wood shed, generator building, garage and an outhouse.
All of the buildings except the Guest House were on the Harry Lake site, when Mary and Al bought the lodge, and had been built around 2004. Once Al and Mary saw Harry Lake, they knew that it was a special place and that the site had the potential to become a unique fishing lodge. The beauty and the tranquility of Harry Lake had them in love with the place from first sight. The quality and workmanship of the buildings made the purchase a good solid investment.
The Guest House was recently constructed and has three fresh and inviting bedrooms fully furnished with duvets, linens and towels. There are three bathrooms with vanities, toilets and showers. There is a common area with a table and chairs for games, cards or just visiting.
This is the fun house. Relax in the sauna or take a soothing soak in the hot tub. There is a sitting area with satellite TV, a surround-sound system, and a fridge to keep those adult beverages nice and cold. The veranda is only steps away from the water and a cool refreshing dip.
Party hardy, or relax and enjoy. The choice is yours!
The dining room is located in the original main building. Depending upon the weather, the table will be set indoors or out on the deck. In either case, be prepared to have your senses indulged as both Mary and Al enjoy creating some of the finest fair using ingredients from the north whenever possible.
